OFF TO ALBUQUERQUE THEN ANAHEIM AND BIRDING ON RETURN HOME

On March 7 we began a two week drive of family time and being tourist, playing at Disneyland and then some had core birding.  Well actually we did some birding at Dianne's place when we drove up to Sandia Peak to find a Black Rosy Finch.

We had a little time for some soccer and teaching the kids to build card houses.

Left early the next day with a short stop at the Painted Desert and the Petrified Forest.

Could not drive by Winslow Arizona without stopping at the famous corner.

Then it was off to the Grand Canyon - one half day of hiking and getting snowed on.

Next we found ourselves in the MAGIC KINGDOM.............DAY 1
